Ieva Valtere, Executive Director, Pillar Management, SIA;
Elīna Vikmane, Board Member, Latvian Museum of Contemporary Art Foundation,
Uldis Balodis, Architect, representing the Ministry of Culture;
Jānis Dripe, Architect, representing the Ministry of Culture;

Judging in the LMCA conceptual design competition took place in two phases. Compatibility with the qualification requirements was verified by the competition’s organiser, Malcolm Reading Consultants.

The competition jury judged the architectural quality of the proposed projects, the compatibility to the museum’s concept, integration into the urban environment, functionality, costs and sustainability.
